Keldgate Manor is a Residential Home for 35 Elderly and Disabled Residents.
The Manor is a Georgian Listed Building in a conservation area, and is situated in the picturesque Market Town of Beverley in East Yorkshire, almost nestling in the shadow of The Great Beverley Minster. The Manor has 23 single rooms, and 6 companion rooms. Keldgate Manor opened as a residential home for the elderly in 1986 and has been under the care of the owners, Mr & Mrs D Raper and their Family since the start of business.
We offer SHORT STAY, RESPITE CARE, PRIVATE & SOCIAL SERVICES DAY CARE
Mr & Mrs Raper Senior are both qualified nurses and have many years working with the elderly, after both achieving high managerial positions within the NHS.
Mr & Mrs Raper Junior have qualifications in Care, Catering, Health & Safety, Hairdressing and are both qualified Assessors for NVQ in Level 2, 3 and Catering.
It has been their priority to create the highest standards of care in the Private Sector for the Residents of The Manor.
In November 1996, 1999 & again in 2002 Keldgate Manor’s staff were recognised for their efforts of good care by The Humberside Training & Enterprise Council by gaining

In May 2001 the home was accepted by City & Guilds of London Institute as an INDEPENDENT TRAINING CENTRE For all staff to be trained in NVQ Level 2,3 & 4 in Care
In March 1997, and Annually since, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Social Services Department, awarded the home
